About Vremote’s client:
Our client, a robust and dedicated team of nearly 200 members with over 10 years of experience in the Japanese software development market, is currently seeking one Japanese-Speaking Account Manager to work with the Project Management Officer in taking care of our existing customers.
What you do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Work with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base in the Japanese market.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details.
- Provide feedback to the management team on potential improvements and new service offerings.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proficient in business Japanese (native Japanese speakers are welcomed to apply)
- Having 5 years of experience in roles requiring direct communication with Japanese-speaking clients such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Sales, etc.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably in enterprise software or IT services is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proficient in English is a plus
