Chief Product Officer

About the organization: 

• Vremote's partner is a tech product builder providing E-commerce software solutions for B2B and B2C businesses to global customers. They are currently looking to hire a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to work in Ha Dong - Hanoi.

What you do: 

• Understand market needs, analyze competitors, and determine the development direction for the corporation's products.
• Manage processes to ensure products meet requirements and align with the overall strategy.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure product development milestones and align with the company's strategy.
• Take responsibility for leading and managing the Product Team, which is already fully staffed in the company.
• Report directly to the BOD.

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduated from a university in relevant fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in software development companies, focusing on the global market is an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
• Deep knowledge of technology and the ability to understand technical aspects for close interaction with the product development team.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills..
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ready for a long-term commitment with the company

What we offer:

• Competitive salary: 30-50 million VND/month, including salary + bonuses, performance review twice a year. 
• Working hours: 8:30 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday (off on Saturday, Sunday).
